PearlFlex is a soft, smooth, shimmery HTV with an absolutely beautiful finish. Its shimmer is subtle but stunning, much like actual pearls! PearlFlex allows you to get incredible detail while being easy to weed. This product is thin, stretchy, durable, and has a sticky carrier.
