Rick Henry BSM, ASCJ is the Co-Owner, Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Lead Technician of MJ Supply, where he oversees daily operations, technical support, equipment maintenance, workflow optimization, and strategic business growth. With more than 20 years of proven leadership and operational experience, Rick brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to the company.
Before joining MJ Supply full-time, Rick served as both a US Army Infantry and Adjutant General Officer, leading personnel, managing complex operations, maintaining mission-critical equipment, and ensuring operational readiness in high-pressure environments. He also served in the US Navy as an Ordnance Technician and in the Naval Security Forces Anti-Terrorism Teams. His military career developed expertise in leadership, logistics, process improvement, training, risk management, and technical problem-solving.
Jennifer Henry B.Des. is the Founder and Owner of Madaline Jane LLC, DBA MJ Supply. She established the company in 2011 as a custom children’s boutique, developing expertise in sewing, product design, branding, customer service, and small-business management. As customer needs and industry trends evolved, Jennifer successfully transitioned the business into a trusted supplier of sewing materials, apparel-decoration products, and custom printing services. Her experience combines creative design, product sourcing, retail operations, and business development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, which strengthens her ability to deliver professional, creative, and production-ready solutions to customers.
