Our Commitment: We always strive to avoid canceling a class. But, in cases of unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or instructor emergencies, rest assured, you'll receive a full refund. Alternatively, we’ll offer a rescheduled date, whenever possible.

- More than 24 hours notice? You can either apply the class fee to another session or opt for store credit.
- Less than 24 hours notice? The class fee might be forfeited. However, we understand life happens – for emergencies or illnesses, we're flexible! We can either refund your fee or help you reschedule, depending on your situation.
