Badgemaster is a translucent, heavyweight, water soluble embroidery film. It is an 80-micron film suitable for use on multi-head as well as single needle machines. Badgemaster can replace non-woven and heat-seal alternatives. You will find it works great for embroidery on stretch, Lycra, net fabrics, intricate lace, ornamental projects, patches, and 3-d crafts. Available in other widths and lengths.

• Should be stored in a sealed bag as the film can dry out

To Use:

1. Hoop one layer of Badgemaster or a few layers for heavier weight designs.
2. Please test your design as stitching on water soluble stabilizer is different than stitching fabric. To check your thread tension begin stitching and observe the running stitches. The top thread should lie directly over the bobbin thread with neither thread pulling towards the center of any curves. If necessary adjust your tension to be more balanced. Please visit your machine's manual on how to adjust your tension.
3. Stitch your design.
4. Remove your finished designs from the hoop. Clip, do not tear, away from the excess stabilizer.
5. Place the design in a container of hot water and let soak for at least an hour, then rinse. Once all stabilizer is removed the item will be clean, soft and flexible. If necessary repeat soak and rinse.
6. To finish the item can be steam-pressed from the backside using a press cloth.
