If it is time for your routine service & cleaning or if your machine is not running at its best performance....  There is no appointment needed- Just bring your machine in to get it in line. We will be glad to help get your machine running at its highest performance.

• All machines need to have a foot controller and power cord brought in for service & testing. 
  
• The cleaning fee includes the bench fee and any minor adjustments. Other fees may apply.

• If having an embroidery machine serviced, please bring in the embroidery arm.
• Plotters need to have a blade and housing.
• Printers need usb cord, if applicable. 
• All machines need to have foot controller and power cord brought in for service & testing. 
• A bench fee is assigned to evaluate a machine.  Other fees may apply.
