We really don't like canceling classes, but sometimes things happen – like bad weather or an instructor emergency. If we have to cancel a class, don't worry! We'll either give you your money back or find another date that works for you.
If you need to cancel, just give us a heads-up. If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, you can use your class fee for another class or get store credit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you might lose the class fee. But, hey, life happens – if there's an emergency or you're not feeling well, we'll work with you to either refund your fee or reschedule your class, based on what's best for you.
